<div itemprop="description">Also known to many as &ldquo;Doc&rdquo; or &ldquo;Cliff&rsquo; aged 63 of St. Catharines, ON, passed away peacefully at St. Catharines General Hospital on February 26th, 2016, with his wife, 4 children and his brother at his bedside. After a short battle with cancer he left this world to go onto the next. <br /> &ldquo;Doc&rdquo; was born on August 8th, 1952 in Alder Point, Nova Scotia, and is predeceased by his Mother Stella May Payne and by his father Lloyd David O&rsquo;Toole.Loving husband of 44 years to his beloved wife Donna (Whyte) world&rsquo;s greatest father who was always so proud of his 4 children, Jane Magee (Curt) of St. Catharines, Sandi Lanthier (Sylvain) of Guelph, Jamie Scirto (Stephen) of Snyder, NY and Matthew O&rsquo;Toole (Tara) of Welland. Amazing grandfather to his grandbabies Sam, Jack, Lily, Stephen, Sullivan, Taylor and Dylan. Known to them as &ldquo;Papa&rdquo;, they will miss him dearly, he will forever be in their hearts. He will be dearly missed by his 2 brothers Paul (Elaine) and Raymond (Sharon). <br />Cliff was an extraordinary husband, father, grandfather, father in-law, brother, brother in-law, and uncle. He will be greatly missed by so many people. He was a fun loving man who was always joking around, enjoyed playing his guitar and singing while cracking open a cold one. He loved road trips to anywhere with his wife. He lived his life exactly the way he wanted to, all the while he made sure his family was happy and taken care of. He was a hard worker and he gave 100% to everything he did. May you be at peace now and enjoy the party up there! <br />In Lieu of flowers, kindly make a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society. Thank you to the 3rd floor staff of the oncology unit of St. Catharines General Hospital for his care over the past 2 months and special thank you to his nurse Jill, a compassionate and loving nurse that anyone would be lucky to have. Thank you to Dr. Maida and Dr. Bokhari for their help in trying to overcome this disease. <br />Let&rsquo;s celebrate the life of our dad, father in-law, husband, uncle, brother, grandfather and all around amazing guy, pour a cold beer and raise your glass&hellip; to Cliff! You will be missed more than you could ever imagine <br /></div>
